Great job today, Danielle!

I like how you paraphrased his needs to have a productive conversation in the opening phase. Really showed you were listening.
You did several small disclosures that I thought were well-placed and gave snippets of information about you that were helpful to the conversation.
There were numerous acknowledgements of his feelings and thoughts that I perceived to have tamed his emotions.
