Introduction – Hello from Flo Lye (coach)

Hello, I am Flo Lye and I will be your coach for some of your sessions.
I am the Program Director with Peer Mediation And Skills Training (PMAST), a not for profit Organization where we teach conflict management skills to youth, families and their communities. I have mediated with the Calgary Family Dispute Resolution Centre for 3 years and with the Alberta Civil Mediation program, Calgary for over 20 years. I am looking forward to spending some time in Kelowna this summer with 2 of my grandkids, hopefully their weather pattern will cool down somewhat! I love working on Zoom as I can be anywhere in the world and still able to participate with activities I am involved in. I look forward to meeting you all and learning from you too!
