Active in civil courts mediation program, Environmental Appeals Board, Land Use Appeals Board, Municipal Affairs programs, consumer protection appeals and other. Appointed by Law Society of Alberta as public adjudicator for lawyer conduct files. Past president of Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society, past Board member of ADR Canada. 1995-98: Arbitrator and Mediator Certification - Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society.

2010: Obtained chartered status (mediation and arbitration).

2014: Completed ‘Practical Ethics for Working Mediators’ (ADR Institute of Ontario).
