Financial Health: A Strategy for Enjoying Life
DEBTS, BILLS, RETIREMENT...
Does it feel like you are either paying something off, or saving for something yet to come? Traveling to exotic locations, experiencing new things, enjoying leisure time; are these the words you use to describe someone else’s life?
You work hard. You follow the rules. You do what is required. Are your desires for more, conflicting with your current and projected financial resources?
In our first luncheon of 2020, we invite you to take a break from the cold, literally and figuratively. Our speaker Dan Piercy will focus on the top three worries his clients have when they come for assistance:
- Not qualifying for a mortgage due to high debt loads.
- Bad credit and not knowing credit scores.
- Difficulty coming up with a mortgage down payment.
Dan will provide insight into managing financial stress and addressing financial conflict.
Dan Piercy was born and raised in Ontario and graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Upon graduation he took up a sales career with Canada Packers and has been in corporate sales for 17 years with other major corporations.
He now resides in Sherwood Park where he has called this home for 31 years. He is currently a mortgage professional and has been in this industry for 10 years plus. He is married with 2 grown adult children and 2 grandsons. His many hobbies include tennis, golf, sailing, motorcycles, travel and wood working. He is passionate about teaching financial literacy to individuals who want to learn and have a plan to make a more comfortable financial future.
