The Department of National Defence (DND) has an Integrated Conflict and Complaint Management (ICCM) program that assists members and employees experiencing conflict in the workplace. The Director General Integrated Complaint and Conflict Management Program (DGICCM) is hiring skilled, compassionate and dedicated Conflict Management Practitioners to join their team, with positions available across Canada. As a practitioner, you will provide expert conflict management services to support members of the Defence Team and help create a respectful and healthy work environment for all.
